Lovely little hotel in an amazing location a stones throw from the Colosseum. The rooms are clean and fresh, an ideal base for our trip to Rome being no more than a 30min walk to any of the main attractions. The reception staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We didn’t try the breakfast but popped in to see what they offered one mor big and all looked lovely and a good selection of hot and continental. The Monti district where the hotel stands is a great vibe with lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. I would definitely return.

When we first arrived even though we were early we were immediately upgraded to a large double room and allowed to settle in immediately by Christian .The room was very comfortable and all staff and cleaners were excellent and always greeted us with a smile ( naming them Elisa, Tatiana, Angelo and Max ) and of course the daily cleaners. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and even on moving out Christian stored our luggage and allowed us extra time in the room .Very relaxed atmosphere. The only drawback I will add is the noise as the hotel was adding extra floors but that is not the staff's fault. Location is brilliant right near a tube station and shops, restaurants and the Coliseum. Mr H Narang :)

Basic . Better options available - feels like a b&b more than a hotel despite looking ok in images and from the outside . Didn’t feel very clean . Not a professional set up at all - first room was really stuffy and smelly and had to be changed

Fantastic location. Right in town, everything you need on your doorstep (restaurants, cafes, clothes stores, jewelry, trade, art and craft shops, open till late, a beautiful Catholic church, fountains, thrifty newsagents, nik nak shops, etc). Colosseum is a brisk 5min walk around the corner, a bit longer if your girlfriend is wearing heels. Cosy little hotel, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Christian welcomed us and provided a layout of the local terrain on a map that we could use, with accurate info on how much taxis and public transport costs for various destinations. Taxi to Fiumicino Airport from the hotel is 50euro. We had breakfast one of the mornings in the hotel - good quality 12euro buffet. Although the cobblestone streets remind me of Temple Bar in Dublin, the area is much safer than Dublin city centre, and drink and food is much better value in Rome. Only wish I had more time there.

A Gorgeous December in Rome , I visited Italy with my Family for my Art Exhibition in Rome. We are truly genuinely grateful to Christian for having checked us in early as to prepare for the Exhibition, as well as has for having been the truest Gentleman to Heart. The entire Hotel staff is impeccable, attentive to detail and have shown true professionalism throughout our stay making it one of The Most Beautiful experiences of our journey. Elisa , Angelo , Tania , Massimiliano you have our utmost respect and appreciation we all Thank you from our Hearts. The Hotel is Literally walking distance to all main attractions and the metro line is simply down the corner , The Christmas lights made the neighborhood look like a beautiful movie lively with Locals , Tourists , cute cafes , boutiques and gelato shops. The Hotel room within the Annex building was simply exquisite , an Authentic Modern Italian and Cozy Vibe of which felt like Home away from Home , The Housekeepers were Magnificent , The Bedding was the most comfortable and the Room was well heated also the water sources were well heated to perfection. The Annex Building is right infront of the Hotel so it literally felt like we were within the same building, Also the Building was BEAUTIFUL and Authentically Artistic truly felt like something out of a Novel. No matter how further I explain words wouldn’t fathom how grateful we all truly are for Duca d’Alba Hotel Rome Italy , The best experience one could only dream of 🎁 Highly Recommend and wouldn’t Hesitate at staying there again. Grazie Mille🫶🏼Buon Natale ! 🎄♥️ Love , Lina Z.
